Linda P. Cousineau is a senior ENS influencing and negotiating (I+N) practitioner based in Ottawa, Canada. She empowers individuals and organisations to be more successful in communicating, collaborating and influencing.
Experience
Linda has extensive consulting, coaching and training experience with clients in Europe and North America.
Linda’s background is in skills development and coaching. Over the past 18 years, she has worked with a wide range of industries including: automotive, banking, brewery, Canadian forces, legal, medical, mining, pharmaceutical, postal service, product manufacturing, retail, translation, travel, hospitals, and more.
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Linda held several management positions in the public sector.

Her strength is in engaging participants at all levels, to further develop their skills. Linda has extensive experience developing her clients’ influencing and negotiating capabilities, assisting them through periods of dynamic change and helping them plan strategically as well as cope with various issues.
She is a facilitator for the University of Ottawa and SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology).
Qualifications
Along with a degree in Adult Education and in Labour Management Relations, Linda is certified as: a licensed BankCode Trainer, a CORE Passion Coach, an Appreciative Inquiry (AI) Facilitator and a Synchronous Facilitator. She is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality inventory.
