Roos knows exactly how to channel her innate vivacity to move people and meet essential challenges. She has a unique style when it comes to motivating individuals and teams in taking action to better themselves. Humour, openness, and energy are aspects she uses to help negotiators achieve significantly better results than they previously deemed possible.



She gained extensive experience in Negotiation & Influencing from Fast Moving Consumer Goods (Unilever and Friesland Campina), Service Industry (Randstad), Retail (Ahold/Merison) and Not-for-Profit Companies (National Olympic Committee and Cordaid), both locally in the Netherlands and abroad in Spain, Latin America, and Asia. Since 2011, Roos has assisted organisations in improving their sales – and negotiation results by expanding the capabilities of entire teams and/or individuals through expert training and coaching.


Specialist Focus

As an ENS negotiation and influencing strategist, she focuses very much on the negotiation process and helps managers and professionals to become highly impactful by incorporating this into their daily work.



In addition to a University Degree in Business Administration, Roos also holds Certificates in Coaching (Personal Effectiveness and Career Counselling) and Sales Training & Consultancy. As well as being fully accredited with ENS, she is also a Miller Heiman and Sales Funnel consultant.
