Rebecca Casey-Ryan is an ENS negotiation practitioner based in Brisbane, Australia. Her interest in psychology, and understanding how people make their decisions, drew her to transition to a career specialising in needs-driven influencing and negotiations.

Rebecca’s experience spans the education, not-for profit, retail, hospitality, publishing, and, more recently, mining sectors. Rebecca utilises astute listening skills to uncover the underlying issues that her clients are trying to solve and facilitates careful questioning and observations to achieve their desired outcomes.
