Mario Maresca is a negotiation strategist, coach, and facilitator. He has worked with many corporations in different industries and brings 20+ years of experience in different negotiation environments (sales, key account management, C-level, HR, and many others).
Mario bases his style on facts and experiences acquired in years spent in complex sales and human resources development. As a consultant, trainer, and coach, his interactions with customers are highly energetic and practical, always adding value to delegates’ daily activities.
Experience
Mario’s experience includes developing efficient sales forces, launching new products, innovating and repositioning mature products, building selling strategies, and reorganising after mergers/acquisitions. His clients are in many different fields, such as Pharmaceutical, Consumer Healthcare, Medical and Hospital Devices, ICT, Tobacco, Banks, Financial Services, Security and Safety, and Government Entities.
Specialist Focus
Mario’s skills focus on the practical application of neuroscience to group and individual behaviour. He is responsible for helping his clients enhance their selling and negotiation skills and build up sales teams in key account management. As an Executive Coach, he also helps his customers increase their influencing and communication skills.
