Kelvin Ng

Kelvin Ng had worked in the capacity of learning and organisation development for over 20 years across several different industries including property development, construction, food & beverage, telecommunications, travel retail and logistics before setting up his own consulting business.

In addition to managerial & business skills training design & delivery, Kelvin has significant experience in driving changes and improvement in leadership development, corporate culture, management practices, performance management and employee engagement, especially in companies that want to break-free from their strong legacies to reach another new height or go to a different direction.

 

Experience

He had held senior positions (department head level), in greater China capacity, in the largest caterer group in Hong Kong, the largest telecommunication company in Hong Kong, the top 10 property developer Hong Kong and multi-national logistic company.

 

Specialist Focus

With his experience in driving changes in different industries and corporate cultures, Kelvin is particularly good at helping leaders and managers enhance their influencing skills, stakeholder management and alignment-building in addition to applying the ENS framework and techniques in sales and business negotiations.

 

Qualifications

Kelvin holds a Master Degree in HRM & Training and a Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences.

In addition to ENS, he is also a certified facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology, Hogan Assessment, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Assessment, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Emotional Health for Leadership & Organisation Effectiveness (Global Leadership Foundation) and GILD Asia – Global Institute of Leadership Development (Linkage Inc.)

Kelvin has also served as a committee member for the Awards for Excellence in Training & Development (2010 to 2017) and HR Management Development Committee (2011 to 2017) of Hong Kong Management Association.
