Eduardo is a highly regarded negotiation and human resources consultant with over 45 years of experience. Drawing on his background in psychology and social sciences, he specialises in applying behavioural insights to real-world negotiation challenges, helping clients uncover practical, value-creating solutions.

Experience
Eduardo has worked extensively with leading organisations across Chile, Latin America, and Spain, spanning industries such as mining, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods. Since joining ENS in 2009, he has supported clients throughout South America as a facilitator, and executive coach.

His deep experience includes labour relations, procurement, community engagement, and leadership within the mining sector. Eduardo is also a sought-after speaker across Latin America and has presented multiple times at the Association for Talent Development’s annual conference in the USA.

Eduardo is also a published author, known for his book NEGOCIE: Los 7 pasos de una negociación exitosa (Editorial Norma, 2005). He contributed to Harvard Business Review with a compelling case study on the high-stakes transformation of Chile’s premier football club, Colo Colo—a negotiation that involved government officials, legislators, bankruptcy courts, and sports leaders.
