Ronnie Sabnani has performed a variety of roles in the past 25+ years in sales and marketing, solution positioning, consulting and communication. Ronnie has worked in both a start-up and established environment for the local & global markets. He’s had strong regional exposure across Asia Pacific with proven success in driving results at SMEs and Multi-National Corporations in varied ecosystems. As a result, Ronnie has developed a keen understanding of different cultural behaviours in the workplace. Ronnie’s extensive work across multiple industries has provided him with detailed insights into several businesses – allowing him to structure and provide effective methods to his clients to ensure they are perceived as leaders in their respective fields.
With specialist experience in the Technology, FMCG, Retail and FSI industries, Ronnie’s approach to client interactions is one that is highly immersive, interactive and relevant to the participants’ background. Being well-versed in adult-learning concepts and certified in several global methodologies, Ronnie takes great care to create an environment that allows for long-term adoption of the principles of communication and self-awareness. Ronnie holds a double honours degree in engineering and computing from Monash University.
