Experience

Elspeth is a Barrister, who, before joining ENS specialised in intellectual property specifically TV, film and copyright law and has worked with international companies within this sector such as the BBC and IFPI. She then focused on professional development, primarily within the legal sector at global law firms, DLA Piper and Herbert Smith Freehills, then becoming the first Chambers Director at Enterprise Chambers, Lincoln’s Inn, London. This varied legal career has provided Elspeth with insights into persuasion and influencing at all levels which she is now able to bring to her workshops across a wide range of commercial fields.
