Leo started his career as a management trainee at ABN AMRO Bank. During his career he has become very skilled in large-scale complicated change trajectories, including high-profile negotiations with external parties.

His long experience in managing large multinational teams at senior management levels has proven essential to understand and overcome traditional internal organisational barriers. He has an open character and a goal-oriented mind set.

Experience

Highlights include an innovative partner bank agreement with the Royal Bank of Schotland; establishing a European Transaction Bank; and outsourcing parts of Clearing operations to an Indian party. As the European COO for the Clearing Bank he was responsible for 250 people in teams in London, Amsterdam, Delhi and Mumbai.
