Prior to joining ENS, Leah’s professional background encompassed over 20 years in the diversified Mining and Industrial sectors with extensive experience in Procurement and Supply Chain, Logistics, and Sales and Marketing.
Leah’s previous positions include Head of function and other senior management roles for multinational organizations, often leading large, geographically dispersed teams with global accountabilities.

Leah is recognized as a leader in the area of Mining Procurement with international negotiating experience that spans Canada, USA, Brazil, Chile, China, Japan, South Africa, France, Germany, United Kingdom and Australia.
With special interests in change management and dispute resolution, Leah’s expertise has also extended to positively influencing industrial relations issues, land disputes, multi-party sales processes and complex logistics negotiations.

Leah studied Commerce at University and also holds MCIPS, Black Belt Six Sigma and GAICD qualifications.
