Experience
An experienced people leader who has worked across various industry sectors including hospitality, industrial manufacturing, services and sports sectors. Lucien has held leadership roles across sales, business development, operations, logistics and innovation verticals for several organisations that include PMA Global, Salmat, Amcor and Orora.
Lucien and his teams have been responsible for the successful negotiations, implementation and ongoing account management of a wide range of projects across a diverse range of industries that include federal and state government, major FMCG brand owners, multi-national industrial organisations.
Specialist Focus
Decision making, improving its quality and how this can influence negotiations are key areas of interest to Lucien. Believing if you can understand what motivates a person to make the decisions, they make there is a good chance you can understand how to meet their needs.
Lucien focuses on helping people to be self-aware, apply the ENS framework and zone in on the needs of others to unlock the potential of the opportunity that presents.
