Greg Edmonds

“Where commercial realities, human dynamics, and structured negotiation meet to create better outcomes.”

For more than 25 years, Greg has worked at the intersection of procurement, commercial strategy, and large-scale infrastructure delivery. He has led teams, shaped policy, and guided organisations through complex, high-stakes decisions across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

Experience

Greg’s career spans both the public and private sectors and includes major capital programs, sustainability initiatives, and international capability-building projects. This breadth of experience has given him a strong end-to-end understanding of how organisations negotiate, influence, and create value in complex commercial environments.

Specialist Focus

Greg has led procurement and commercial functions across major infrastructure, energy, utilities, transport, and government programs – often in environments where negotiation capability is critical to success.

He has advised on multi-billion-dollar rail and transmission projects, led procurement transformation initiatives for government agencies, and built high-performing commercial teams within global engineering and construction organisations. Through this work, he has helped organisations navigate complexity, manage risk, and achieve outcomes that balance commercial, social, and sustainability objectives.

Greg has worked extensively across Australia and the Asia-Pacific, including Indonesia, supporting governments, multinational organisations, and community-focused institutions. These experiences have shaped a negotiation approach grounded in cultural awareness, behavioural insight, and practical problem-solving.
