Reinforcement

It is well established that the probability of recall from any learning activity will decline over time.

For this reason, we provide a range of pre-workshop and follow-on services designed to support reinforcement and application of key learnings.  These are summarized in the chart below and include:

  • The Program Focus Questionnaire is provided prior to the negotiation training workshop and helps the consultant to focus the workshop to meet the needs of participants
  • The post-workshop Program Evaluation report summarises feedback from participants
  • ENS also applies the RAIT method of predicting retention and application of training, and highlights specific coaching opportunities
  • Our new eLearning Reinforcement {link to 2.5  eLearning} module can be made available to participants online immediately following their workshop
  • Approximately six weeks after the workshop, participants complete an ‘Application Survey’ focused on how they have applied skills learned in the program
  • Approximately 3 months after the workshop, participants report on the value and impact of the training and application of their new skills.
