In Hong Kong, ENS partners with the Hong Kong Management Association to deliver open program negotiation training. HKMA has vast experience in continuing education and training in Hong Kong and Southern China.
Negotiating and Influencing Skills - 2 days.
This intensive 2-day workshop provides participants with a framework to confidently manage the negotiation and influencing process, and to develop specific skills to enhance competencies.

The Advanced Negotiator - 1 day
The advanced workshop aims to extend the existing skills of those who use their Influencing, Negotiating and (Conflict) Resolving skills (I+N+R) in challenging or intricate situations. The overall aim is to challenge and stretch individuals to achieve higher levels of effectiveness. We build participant’s competency to an advanced level so that they can skillfully manage the I+N+R process to ensure enhanced outcomes when the stakes are high.
